Virtual Tour Options

We provide three different tour options.

The Essential

This package will provide a basic look through the most important parts of a home. You will be provided with different views through multiple different rooms throughout the house.

• Three to Four shots of the front Exterior
• Three shots of living room
• Two to Three shots of the Kitchen
• Two to Three shots of the Dining Room
• Two to Three shots of Master Bedroom
• Two to Three shots of Master Bathroom
• Three to Four shots of Rear Exterior

This package runs roughly 90 seconds.

The Supreme

In this package you will get a more extensive look at the house. You will be provided with extra shots from rooms that were not included in the "Essential" package. This will give you a longer walk through and the ability to see more of the house you are wanting to sell.

• Three to Four shots of Front Exterior
• Three shots of Living Room
• Two to Three shots of Kitchen
• Two to Three shots of Dining Room
• Two to Three shots of Master Bedroom
• Two to Three shots of Master Bathroom
• Two to Three shots of 2nd Bedroom
• Shots of the 2nd Bathroom (shots vary on size of second bathroom)

This package runs roughly 150 seconds.

The Custom Package

This package is the cream of the crop. This is completely customizable. Everything from the price to the length of the video. We can come in and shoot as much of the house as you want. This package can also include a voice over track to help with the walk through during the video. The price will vary on the size of the house.

• You get everything from the Essential and the Supreme packages
• You can choose what rooms you want to be included
• You can choose the Bathrooms you want to be included
• The Length on these videos vary from 3 minutes and above.

This package runs roughly 180 Seconds and up.
